LokerInside, BP’s business in Indonesia revolves around liquefied natural gas (LNG). Started in 2009, Tangguh is the first, fully integrated, end-to-end LNG operation in Indonesia, producing gas from Papua Barat offshore and delivering LNG to customers around Asia and the US. The Tangguh Expansion project involves the phased offshore development of platforms, new pipelines, a new 3.8mpta LNG train with a new integrated onshore receiving facility and new development wells.
